  • Value: Qualifying UAE property with a total value of AED 2 million or more.

  • Off-plan property: Accepted with a title deed or Oqood. No minimum amount needs to be paid to the developer.

  • Mortgaged property: Accepted. An NOC from the financing bank is required.

  • Joint ownership: Spouses may combine ownership to meet the requirement. An attested marriage certificate is required.

Dependent Golden Visa applications for eligible spouse, children and parents are made after the main applicant's visa is issued.

Yes. Qualifying property worth AED 2 million or more can lead to a 10-year Golden Visa. You can combine eligible properties, and mortgaged or off-plan property can qualify with the right documents.

The basic salary must be at least AED 30,000 per month (not the total package), received for at least 2 years, along with 2 years with the same employer, a qualifying job position and a bachelor's degree or higher.

Yes, if the company capital or your share of it is at least AED 2 million. Mainland and free zone companies may qualify, subject to authority approval and a set of company and auditor documents.

Yes. A qualifying fixed-term deposit of at least AED 2 million held with an approved UAE bank for at least 2 years can qualify, supported by an official bank deposit letter.
