JAFZA offshore company formation
Hold shares, intellectual property and international investments through a Dubai-based offshore company with 100% foreign ownership and no operating office.
Overview
What is a JAFZA offshore company?
An offshore company is a UAE-registered entity built for holding assets and operating internationally, not for trading inside the UAE. JAFZA offshore, from the Jebel Ali Free Zone Authority, is the Dubai-based option and is widely recognised for holding structures.
It lets you hold shares in international businesses, own assets such as IP and investments, and run global activity. It does not give you a UAE trade licence, residence visas or the right to trade in the local market, and it must operate through a registered agent.
